Oh carbs, the love-hate relationship most people have with you. It’s abusive, and it’s time that this gets healed.
Our love hate relationship with carbs.
Carbohydrates are needed for energy. You can find carbohydrates in most foods, but typically it’s thought of as a grain. Pasta, rice, and bread *gasp*
It’s ok to eat these foods, just watch the portion sizes. And I’m not just talking about watching the food go in your mouth. Choose carbohydrates with whole grains and are higher in fiber.
Maybe we just need to change the way we think about it. Are we over stressing about how many carbs are in each meal? Do we feel guilty after eating it? What made us be like this?
