Registerd Dietitans vs Nutritioists
Whats the difference between a Registered Dietitian and a Nutritionist
What makes it so important to choose the right person to work with you?
Choosing a Registered Dietitian over a nutritionist is essential to your health. The reason for that is because dietitians work so hard to get their registration and their license. That way they can make sure that they have all the knowledge to help you be successful. We go through rigorous training just like nurses and doctors, but the focus is in medical nutrition therapy and food. Check out the images below for a quick view of the differences.

A dietitian spends no less than 4 years in a college degree program, one year completing their internship (equivalent to rotations), and is tested on a 6 part exam to ensure the dietitian is well versed in their field and is knowledgeable to care for their patients. Rest assured that content from this site will be founded on scientific knowledge. We will include flavorful recipes that are nutritionally dense, and tips to help you live your best life. I believe in taking care of the whole person, and meeting you where you’re at in your journey.
